The Hatching of Sah

The video quality is poor because it was taken through a semi-transparent lid.
That day, this egg, the second in the clutch (Ash had hatched 3 days before), developed a dent. Panicking in case it spelled dehydration and doom for the embryo, I changed the lid back from the clear one I had been using for filming to the proper one, to up the humidity and draped a small piece of damp paper towel over the egg as an extra measure (you can see it in the video).
​The full hatching time was about an hour.
